We are looking for two service designers to join our online agency team. We are responsible for online services for private customers and aim to digitize the core services for this target group. We do this “end-to-end”, in cross-agency teams, in a user-centered manner and based on modern technologies. To successfully fulfill this mission, we are looking for new talent who share our passion for digital administration, Gov-Tech, user-centricity, agile working and the digitization of processes. Together we are able to offer simple, user-friendly and relevant online services for our customers and, for example, establish the “customer portal” or the “online pension application” as the “new normal”.

Your tasks

  • You advise the cross-support DRV product teams on service design, including analyzing the initial situation, developing solution concepts, supporting the implementation phase and evaluating the consulting process
  • You establish user-centered methods in the product teams Design Thinking, User Journeys and others
  • You analyze, define and design user flows in end-to-end processes, internally and externally
  • You are working on expanding the DRV design system
  • You design and optimize digital services and processes that are based on the needs of users and can be used intuitively and work with interdisciplinary teams
  • As an ambassador for the topic of user centering, you represent the online agency at internal and external events

your profile

  • You have completed a scientific university education (master’s degree, diploma or similar degree) in an economics, administrative science, media science or (IT) technical discipline with several years of current professional experience in the area of ​​project work or in strategic and conceptual activities with a focus on digitalization
  • You have several years of professional experience in service design methods such as design thinking, journey mapping, prototyping and conducting usability testing
  • You have current experience in digitalization projects with user-centered development of processes/products
  • You like to work in a user-centered, analytical, interdisciplinary manner and develop innovative products and optimize processes and services
  • You are confident in using common MS Office applications, including Excel and Power Point, and ideally have experience with applications such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Axure or similar
  • You are characterized by proactive, solution-oriented and targeted communication
