Service Designer

Your tasks

• You advise the cross-provider DRV product teams on service design (this includes analyzing the initial situation, developing solution concepts, supporting the implementation phase and review)
• You analyze, define and design user flows in end-to-end processes (internal and external)
• You design and optimize digital services and processes that are oriented towards the needs of users and are intuitive to use, and work with interdisciplinary teams
• You work on expanding the DRV design system
• You establish user-centered methods in the product teams (for example, design thinking and/or user journeys)
• You represent the online agency as an ambassador for the topic of user centricity at internal and external events
• As part of your duties, you occasionally undertake nationwide business trips

Your profile

• You have a completed academic university education (Master, diploma or equivalent) in economics, public administration, media studies, design or similar
• You have several years of current professional experience in project work or in strategic and conceptual activities
• You have several years of professional experience in service design methods (e.g., design thinking, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing)
• You have current experience in digitalization projects with user-centered development of processes/products
• You enjoy working in a user-centered, analytical, interdisciplinary manner and develop innovative products, optimise processes and services
• You are confident in using MS Office applications as well as collaboration and design tools
• You are characterized by proactive, solution-oriented and goal-oriented communication
