Service Designer (m/f/div)

Field of activity

As a digital strategy and digital transformation team, we shape the digital future of the DRV Bund. We identify digital potential, initiate and support digitalization projects and support the DRV Bund’s organizational units in digital transformation.

Your tasks

• You advise all DRV Bund organizational units on service design (this includes, among other things, analyzing the initial situation, developing solution concepts, accompanying the implementation phase and evaluating the consulting process)
• You will be involved in updating the digital strategy (this includes, among other things, participating in the conception and implementation of comprehensive internal studies in the area of ​​service design)
• You design and optimize (digital) services and processes that are based on the needs of users and can be used intuitively and work with interdisciplinary teams

your profile

• You have a completed university education (bachelor’s degree, diploma (FH) or equivalent) in an economics, administrative science, media science or (IT) technical field with several years of current professional experience in the area of ​​project work and/or in strategic and conceptual activities with a focus Digitalization or have successfully completed commercial, administrative or IT-technical vocational training with many years of current professional experience in the area of ​​project work and/or in strategic and conceptual activities with a focus on digitalization
• You have several years of professional experience in service design methods (e.g. design thinking, journey mapping, prototyping and conducting usability testing)
• You have current experience in digitalization projects with user-centered development of processes/products
• You like to work in a user-centered, analytical, interdisciplinary manner and develop innovative products and optimize processes and services
• What sets you apart is your convincing appearance in workshops using presentations and your strong design skills (research, ideation, prototyping).
• They are confident in using MS Office applications (including Excel and Power Point) and digital applications such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Axure or others are their daily work tools
• You are characterized by proactive, structured, solution-oriented and targeted communication
• You impress with your confident demeanor and communicate appropriately with different target groups
