Senior Service Designer (m/w/d)

For more than 10 years we have been conducting customer insight studies for our customers, creating tailor-made UX / UI concepts, designing outstanding customer experiences, developing strategies and making organizations fit for digital transformation.

Your areas of responsibility:

• You research, design and develop unique user experiences and design digital touchpoints from the user’s point of view with excellent quality and digital brand communication in all its facets.
• In our projects, you will develop user flows, user stories and information architectures and provide support with requirements analysis and feasibility studies.
• You carry out usability tests and customer experience tests.
• You bring the customer perspective to interdisciplinary (agile) project teams and are a facilitator for customer-centric design processes.
• You moderate workshops using creative methods.
