Your tasks

  • You will make our Employee Workplace Experience a big success, balancing employee satisfaction and needs with efficiency, effectiveness and quality, and thus creating a pleasant and productive working environment.
  • As a professional in service design, you take a close look at the employee journey: Using creative methods such as design thinking and multidisciplinary, co-creative workshops, you accompany and promote improvements to sub-journeys, services and interaction moments.
  • Employee journey maps, prototypes, scenarios/interactive dialogues and related concepts – you get involved in every aspect, develop innovative features for all channels together with your colleagues and have a particularly keen eye for process digitization and automation.
  • Human-centered design / service design for employees is a matter close to your heart, which you also inspire others with, thus increasing acceptance across the bank.
  • Together with other UX or customer experience units, you work to create synergies and ensure standards.
  • And of course, you also keep managers and stakeholders reliably up to date, communicate key figures on goal achievement and also support employees in their day-to-day operations with understandable explanations.

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of service design, human-centered design, UX design or a comparable specialist training / qualification
  • Several years of experience in the areas of service design, employee experience / customer journey, digitalization & automation
  • IT process understanding and experience or interest in working in a regulatory environment
  • Experienced in data-based, user-centered decision making as well as advising and managing expectations of stakeholders and senior decision makers
  • Structured, far-sighted and solution-oriented way of working, impact-oriented way of thinking and quick comprehension
  • Customer and service oriented (employees as customers)
  • Very good German and English, spoken and written
