Lead Service & Interaction Designer

Your tasks

• You lead design projects that include strategy, research, conception, prototyping, testing and implementation
• You will take over content management and mentoring of a design team
• You develop and establish design processes and can apply them to goals and strategies in a situation-specific manner
• You will be involved in business development for existing and new customers and will be responsible for identifying opportunities and designing offers and pitches
• You design and moderate workshops and sprints in which new products and services are created and derive strategic fields of action for customers
• Translation of designs into technical concepts and coordination of development teams
• You build partnerships with customers and create internal networks
• You will continue to develop the content of our offering and actively shape the strategic orientation of the studio

your profile

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a design context, ideally in agencies
• You have a degree in a design-related course or a comparable qualification
• You are experienced in managing projects that included the conception, design and agile development of new products and services
• You can successfully coordinate interdisciplinary teams and know how to involve internal and external stakeholders in a targeted manner
• You have strong skills in the conception and communication of innovative ideas and strategic concepts as well as their translation into concrete steps
• You bring a passion for solving complex challenges through systemic and analytical thinking and a pragmatic approach to design
• You have a strong interest in technological trends and their possibilities as well as experience with technologies such as voice assistants, AI, AR/VR, IoT and others
• You have a broad knowledge base on various industries, tools, business models and user behavior
• You have very good presentation and communication skills and are fluent in German and English
• You are willing to be mobile for customer projects
