Senior Service Designer (w/m/x)

Your mission

• You are responsible for user research and analysis, derive insights into user behavior and wishes and can communicate these well and convert them into concepts 
• You understand potential customers and can create personas, storyboards, customer journeys, scenarios, flowcharts, prototypes 
• You independently lead workshops in which new products and services are created and coordinated with our customers 
• You work closely in interdisciplinary teams of business strategists, UI/UX designers, software developers and technologists. Together you combine technology, business and design expertise and design innovative services and products for a new generation 

Your skillset

• You have completed a degree in a design-related course or a comparable qualification 
• Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in the areas of UX/UI design, service design or similar areas
• You are a passionate designer who wants to make complex things simple and who, in addition to the graphic implementation, focuses on interaction 
• You question the status quo, provide inspiration for improving products and services and can inspire others along your path 
• We require business-fluent German and good English skills as well as a quality-conscious, independent and goal-oriented way of working, with a high degree of initiative and commitment
