Consulting – Together with our team, you will advise all levels of public administration – from local authorities to state and federal ministries and prepare them for the future.

Digitalization – Your tasks include designing the modernization of the public sector driven by digitalization.

Strategy – Designing and testing prototypes will help you validate your hypotheses. You will derive strategies from the insights you gain and work together in a team to develop ways to digitize the administration.

User centricity – The end users are your focus. You examine their behavior and the context of use, develop personas, customer journeys and design service blueprints.
