For our Transformation division , we are looking for you as a Service Designer Digital Transformation Public Sector (f/m/d) as soon as possible .

Consulting – Together with our team, you will advise all levels of public administration – from local authorities to state and federal ministries – and prepare them for the future.
Digitalization – Your tasks include shaping the digital-driven modernization of the public sector.
Strategy – Designing and testing prototypes will help you validate your hypotheses. Based on your insights, you’ll derive strategies and work together as a team to develop paths toward digitizing public administration.
User-centricity – Your focus is on end users. You examine their behavior and usage context, develop personas and customer journeys, and design service blueprints.
This is what you bring with you
- You have successfully completed your studies in communication, design, psychology, or another subject area. Ideally, you have already gained experience with digital business models, the digital economy, and/or public administration. Experience with modernization or digitalization projects is also a plus.
- You have a strong understanding of design thinking or Lean UX methods so that you can apply them specifically to the design process. Feel free to showcase your creativity with a portfolio.
- You are a strong communicator and have a confident demeanor – this is also evident, for example, in workshop moderation with large groups.
- Very good German language skills as well as the flexibility and mobility required for the consulting environment round off your profile.
