Senior Service Designer

About the role

As a Service Designer, you will play a driving role in developing solutions with real value for the user by:

• identify the needs, behavior and vulnerabilities of users
• Create personas and user processes and think through usage scenarios
• Uses data, insights, and user feedback to facilitate design discussions and develop user-centric features
• work cross-functionally and communicate between technical and non-technical stakeholders both internally and on the customer side

• A degree in product design, innovation design or a similar field
• Profound experience in service design/product design/UX design, ideally in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• In-depth knowledge of design thinking tools and methods
• A sophisticated portfolio that reflects your work, skills, and approach to complex problems
• A user-oriented mindset, empathy and unconventional thinking
• Strong skills in moderation and cross-functional collaboration
• You are fluent in German and English – a must for this exciting role!
• The location for this position is Berlin
