Senior Service Designer

We’re a strategic design agency with a mission to create positive impact through design. For our new Berlin office we are looking for a seasoned service designer, who is able to build and lead our service design team. Is that you?

The job:
You will be the one shaping the service design team. This means you get tons of freedom to create your own ideal workplace. Koos is new in Berlin, but one of the founding members of the global service design community. Therefore you’ll be surrounded by an inspiring group of service design enthusiasts from all parts of the world.

Besides working on shaping your team and future projects, your in-project activities will consist of;
– Conducting customer research.
– Defining compelling insights.
– Plotting insights on frameworks.
– Turning opportunities into ideas.
– Shaping ideas into concepts .
– Running fun and focused workshops.
– Building prototypes to test assumptions.
– Advising clients on implementation.
– Defining new project proposals
– Managing multiple stakeholders.

You
Blow us and our clients away with your passion for service design.
– Experienced in running service design projects (3+ years experience)
– Proactive, persistent and precise.
– Empathic, entrepreneurial, and an eager to learn.
– German and English-speaking.
– Based in Berlin.
