Senior Service Designer

We are looking for a Senior Service Designer with experience who is passionate about his topic and wants to create exciting, value-adding products with us.

Your aim is to develop future-oriented products that bring real added value. You love the challenge of juggling several customer projects in parallel in different phases and often jumping from topic to topic and from branch to branch. Nevertheless, you take a structured approach to product innovation and actively involve the team, management level and all other stakeholders.

• Analysis, definition and development of products from a user-driven and entrepreneurial point of view
• Understand user needs and validate them with suitable methods
• Carry out market and competition analyzes and derive recommendations for action
• Generate solution ideas in a team and successively validate and iterate
• Create service and product concepts with a deep understanding of complex problems
• Design customer-based innovation workshops and conduct them on site
• Advising companies on the integration of innovation strategies and processes
• Working with customers, colleagues and external providers so that our solutions are implemented with the best quality and speak for themselves

• 5+ years of experience with a focus on service design and/or UX concepts in an agile & digital environment
• English and German language skills
• Enjoy analyzing user insights, market conditions and trends
• Experience leading research projects and setting up and presenting a user-centric product strategy
• The ability to translate requirements into UX concepts that add value for business and users
• Experience in leading complex workshops with various participants and stakeholders independently
• The ability to manage multiple projects, workshops and workshop groups in parallel
• A broad set of methods, and you can also explain and convey the methods
• You feel at home in workshops and adapt them individually to get the best possible result
• You are a real communicator who works confidently with customers and colleagues, no matter what the level
• Team spirit, you like to help out in the team and live the concept of “better together” in everyday dealings
• You are always on the ball, love (digital) products and are inspired by new trends
