You match us if you

• have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in strategy or service design at a digital agency, an innovation consultancy or a tech company
• have a passion for digital topics and can develop a strong empathy for the customer from a holistic, methodical, user-centered perspective
• many years of experience in creating and setting up convincing and expressive presentations as well as customer workshops
• have a winning communicative personality with strong presentation skills and moderation experience
• Have gained experience working in the preparation of offers
• have very good analytical and conceptual skills and combine these with a high degree of problem-solving and teamwork skills
• can demonstrate in-depth knowledge and practical experience with methods such as customer journey mapping, experience mapping, service blueprinting, business design or design thinking
• practical experience with the current wireframing or have prototyping tools
• creatively challenge established thinking while always respecting other perspectives and encouraging constructive feedback from clients and colleagues
• have strong language skills in German and English, both written and spoken

As part of our team you will

• lead the development of UX and service design concepts down to the smallest detail based on user needs in all phases of a project – from research, concept development, design refinement to prototyping and user testing
• turn creative ideas into strategic innovation and transform them into inspiring holistic UX concepts
• Present your concepts to the customer with the help of meaningful storyboards, personas, user flow scenarios, user journeys, flowcharts, interactive mock-ups and design prototypes
• Setting up and conducting user and market research with qualitative and quantitative research methods as well as user testing
• work in close cooperation with the digital product designers and the customer on the various phases of the project
• responsible for customer communication as well as organization and moderation of workshops and presentations in close cooperation with customers
• both supporting the development of solution concepts in the pre-sales phase and pitching them to the customer, as well as subsequently taking the lead in preparing the offer in this regard
