Senior Service Designer

As a Senior Service Designer / User Research Specialist you will contribute on delivering services that will positively impact our customers and bring value to our business.
You will work in an interdisciplinary team to plan, visualize and define new user and service experiences, relying on a wide range of skills, from research to interaction design, prototyping and implementation with our DevOps colleagues.
You will get together with stakeholders to put everyone on the same page to create new frictionless and enjoyable services in close collaboration with our customers.
You prepare and perform User Research activities.
You design customer journey maps as well as service blueprints.
You create prototype services to validate ideas.

Education: University degree in service design, business design or a related design discipline. In addition, a background in human factors will be considered as a plus.
Personality and working practice: open minded team player, curiosity, looking for new technologies and challenges, design-driven, user centric, profound communication skills as well as an independent working style.
Experience and knowledge: several years of professional experience in creating complex service design systems for multiple touchpoints projects. Excellent portfolio showcasing design solutions and strategic approaches.
Knowledge how to plan and execute user research and extract insights, design user journey maps and service blueprints, plan and execute co-creation workshops with stakeholders, experienced with modern design tools e.g. AdobeXD, Miro.
Enthusiasm: love both, service prototyping and hands-on UX as well as a sound understanding of Design Thinking.
Languages: full working proficiency in both German and English.
