Senior Service Designer

Your tasks

• You are familiar with user research and are able to develop ideas for services
• You work closely with the founders of UX research and UX / UI design
• You are responsible for the specialist area and contribute proactively to the entire process
• You convey the idea of ​​service design throughout the company
• You will help develop future use cases in the field of IoT – Internet of Things and artificial intelligence
• You regularly hold design thinking workshops

your profile

• You have a degree in a design discipline and you are a design thinking coach
• You have at least 5 years of experience in the development and implementation of digital product innovations
• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
• You are familiar with the methods of design thinking and have extensive experience in the implementation of design thinking projects
• You are confident in planning and conducting workshops
• You love to solve problems and bring your ideas forward, even if they call the ordinary into question, and you have the will to put them into practice.
• You are familiar with the following terms and ideally you have included most of them in your work: design, visualization, prototyping and other service design techniques such as value proposition, journey mapping, service specification, blueprinting, testing
