Senior Service Designer

you have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in strategy or service design for a digital agency, innovation consultancy or tech company
Have a passion for digital topics and can develop a strong empathy for the customer under holistic, methodical, user-centered approaches
have many years of experience in creating and setting up convincing and expressive presentations as well as customer workshops
you have a winning communicative personality with strong presentation skills and experience in moderation
Have gained experience working on the preparation of offers
Have very good analytical and conceptual skills and combine these with a high degree of problem-solving and teamwork skills
be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and practical experience with methods such as customer journey mapping, experience mapping, service blueprinting, business design or design thinking
practical experience with the current wireframing or Prototyping tools
Challenging creatively established thinking, always respecting different points of view and encouraging constructive feedback from customers and colleagues
You have strong language skills in German and English, both written and spoken

Lead the development of UX and service design concepts down to the smallest detail based on user needs at all phases of a project – from research, concept development, design refinement to prototyping and user testing
Implement creative ideas into strategic innovation and transform them into inspiring holistic UX concepts
Present your concepts to the customer with the help of meaningful storyboards, personas, user flow scenarios, user journeys, flowcharts, interactive mock-ups and design prototypes
Set up and carry out user and market research with qualitative and quantitative research methods as well as user tests
work in close cooperation with the digital product designers and the customer on the various phases of the project
be responsible for customer communication as well as the organization and moderation of workshops and presentations in close cooperation with the customer
Developing supportive solutions in the pre-sales phase and pitching them to the customer as well as subsequently taking on the lead in preparing the offer
