Senior Service Designer f/m/d

Your tasks
As a Senior Service Designer in the Expert Services division, you will record the service requirements from the customer segments for the product business, including product-related services. This includes the entire offer process.

Your tasks in detail:

• Support of the areas of sales and service management in presales or in preparation for an opportunity by introducing, presenting and explaining the Computacenter services to
the customer
• Developing strategic approaches and detailed analysis of customer requirements • Developing and coordinating an efficient and innovative service design based on a comprehensive end-to-end solution in accordance with customer requirements
• Function of the solution lead for tenders in the product business including product-related services
• Integration of all internal departments and 3rd party service providers involved including all necessary cost inquiries
• Evaluation of the risks and opportunities in the respective solution design including the necessary (counter) measures to limit the risks (risk mitigation)
• Creation of offer texts and implementation of offer presentations
• Identification and collaboration on innovation
projects • Coaching of international team colleagues
• Close coordination with the transition and business take on manager including document preparation and handover

Your profile
• University degree (with a degree in business informatics, business administration or related fields) or comparable vocational training
• At least 6 years of professional experience with proven experience in product tenders or 3 years as a service design specialist
• Well-founded methodological competence as well as in-depth process engineering understanding of the relevant technologies and services in the product business
• Two years of experience in international tenders
• Experience in processing software tenders
• Project management skills
• Translation of complex relationships into a meaningful offer
• Experience in the implementation of customer-specific strategies and needs in a solution design
• Very good spoken and written English skills
• High willingness to travel
