Senior Service Designer (m / f / d)

Your mission

• You successfully combine different methods from design thinking, branding, user experience design, service design and user research.
• You conceive and design digital products (e-commerce products, platforms, ecosystems) and omnichannel services.
• You are responsible for the strategic conception, develop ideas in co-creation with a cross-functional team and create experiences that are really meaningful.
• You derive new courses of action for business models from the customer and brand perspective.
• You analyze user needs, create personas and create customer journeys as well as value propositions and experience strategies.
• You advise our clients on innovative solutions and give recommendations for further development and optimization.

You bring that with you

• Several years of experience in the development and design of digital products
• a degree in business administration, psychology, product design / service design / design thinking or a comparable qualification
• Experience with service design methods and design thinking methods – Follow the user & user-centering you exemplify in every moment
• Enthusiasm for agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Sensitivity and interest in innovative technologies and trends
• very good knowledge of German and English
• Flexibility and willingness to travel depending on the project
