Senior Service Designer (m / f / x)

• You will be the first full-time member of our service design team and you will be responsible for project implementation
• You will implement human-centered research knowledge in interaction design concepts and find smart UX / UI solutions
• You are responsible for the functional, conceptual and visual development of presentations and digital products
• You translate user requirements, in coordination with our teams and customers, into “tangible” concepts – from simple use cases to complex platform projects
• You moderate customer workshops and present results
• You ensure that our work is continuously visualized in storyboards, wireframes, mockups or prototypes
• You communicate relevant insights to inspire, convey the value of design and drive strategic decisions in close cooperation with the consulting, product and development teams
• You build a team of experts in the field of UX / UI

• You have at least four years of experience in the design and implementation of websites / apps, digital products (prototypes, MVPs)
• You have experience in the cross-disciplinary, agile development of concepts and are familiar with concepts such as service design blueprints, empathy maps and value proposition
• You are very familiar with the Adobe Suite and the common tools such as Sketch & Invision and have also worked with other interaction tools such as Axure or Balsamiq
• You are fluent in German and English and can engage with different stakeholders in a communicative manner
• You have in-depth knowledge of design thinking principles and experience in conducting workshops with various stakeholders
• You are familiar with research methods such as interviews and remote user studies; You have some experience in programming (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
