Service Design Intern (M/F/D)

We are looking for a Service Design intern to join our Strategic Design team for the next 6 month ! You will work together with other Service, industrial, UX designer and company wide stakeholder to develop end to end experience strategies.

We are looking for someone who has a passion with learning and designing holistic experiences, bridging the gaps between business strategy, marketing, sales, and product.

With us, you will:

• Be an integral part of the team
• Support in ongoing research activities
• Support in defining internal co-creation workshops
• Participate in concept brainstorming sessions and concept creation
• Visualize your ideas, insights and concepts
• Co-create and build experience prototypes together with other team members and company wide stakeholders.
• Contribute to define service design frameworks such as Journey Maps, Service Blueprints, Stakeholder Maps, and Ecosystem Maps

You are:

• A current student or recent graduate in Service Design, UX Research or a related field
• Master degree cursus (5th year internship) or recently graduated with a bachelor.
• Knowledgeable of service design processes, tools and methodologies.
• A motivated problem solver and you can demonstrate it with a short portfolio with either school projects, or past internship experience
• Hands on mentality to build prototypes of services that can be tested with people
• A team player who is motivated to join an enthusiastic team and support us in delivering great design work
• Familiar with design and communication tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Miro and Google package
• Fluent in English
