Service Designer

As a Service Designer / Interaction Designer, you will help develop services that have a positive impact on our customers and add value to our company.
You will work in an interdisciplinary team to plan, visualize and define new user and service experiences.
You will draw on a wide range of skills, from research to interaction design to prototyping and supporting our DevOps colleagues in implementation.
To improve the overall UX of our digital offerings, understand the end-to-end journeys of our different audiences.
Together with our internal and external stakeholders, you capture the complex B2B scenarios and simplify them.
You prepare and carry out user research activities.
You will also design customer journey maps.
You will create new interaction concepts in all areas of our company with a focus on new digital solutions (e.g. cloud-based services and customer-oriented digital touchpoints).

Education : Completed studies in the field of service design, business design or a comparable qualification.
Personality and way of working : open-minded, team-oriented, curious as well as technology-oriented and design- and user-oriented. Excellent communication skills and an independent way of working.
Experience and know-how : several years of experience in the design of service and interaction design systems. Excellent portfolio showing design solutions and strategic approaches. Experience in planning and conducting user research and designing user journey maps. Experience in planning and conducting co-creation workshops with stakeholders.
Qualification : Dealing with modern design tools such as AdobeXD, Miro. A background in Human Factors is desirable. Understanding of information design and architecture as well as design thinking and generating insights.
Enthusiasm : for prototyping and practical UX, as well as for new technologies and challenges.
Languages : very good knowledge of German and English.
