Service Designer

They have already shown their presence by becoming market leaders with offices throughout Germany By recently taking an eye-watering €60million in funding they will be using this further improve and expand their product and audience

Your Responsibilities

• Champion Service Design and human-centred design
• Design and implement new services, and improve existing ones for medical staff
• Conduct User Research and outline the problem areas to ensure proposed solutions focus on the most pressing underlying issues
• Live and breathe our brand to the end-to-end service experiences and signature moments including user journey and human touchpoints
• Design the Service Blueprint ☝

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree in Design or something similar
• 4+ years experience in optimizing existing services, design new net concepts or services that reinvent a traditional method
• Exp within a consumer insights-led, iterative, test-and-learn design process
• Showcase work of design artefacts, service journeys and wireframes
