Service Designer

Bosch Security and Safety Systems

As a Service Designer / Interaction Designer, you will contribute on delivering services that will positively impact our customers and bring added value for our company.
You will work in an interdisciplinary team to plan, visualize and define new user and service experiences.
You will draw on a wide range of skills, from research and interaction design to prototyping and implementation support for our DevOps colleagues.
You understand the end-to-end journeys of our various target groups to enhance the overall UX of our digital offerings.
Together with our internal and external stakeholders, you will grasp the complex B2B scenarios and simplify them.
You prepare and execute user research activities.
In addition, you design customer journey maps.
In all areas of our company, you create new interaction concepts, with a focus on new digital solutions, such as cloud-based services and customer-facing digital touchpoints.

Education: University degree in service design, business design or a comparable qualification.
Personality and working practice: curious and open-minded with strong communication skills. Team player qualities as well as an independent working style. Design-driven and user-centric.
Experience and knowledge: several years of experience in designing complex service and interaction design systems. Excellent portfolio showcasing design solutions and strategic approaches. Experience in planning and executing user research and designing a user journey map. Experience in planning and conducting co-creation workshops with stakeholders.
Qualification: use of modern design tools such as AdobeXD and Miro. A background in human factors is desirable. Deep understanding of information design and architecture as well as design thinking and extracting insights.
Enthusiasm: for prototyping and practical UX, as well as for new technologies and challenges.
Languages: very good in German and English.
