Service Designer

We are looking for a new team member for our Service Design Unit.
Since our projects are very diverse, we are happy to have a generalist who enjoys thinking in a customer-centric manner and who quickly familiarizes himself with new topics.

Your profile

You are curious and want to get to the bottom of things. You generate valuable insights from your research.
You like to work independently and on your own responsibility.
You can present complex content in a concise and graphically sophisticated way.
You think in terms of solutions and want to set your own impulses.
You have an affinity for technology, which is evident, for example, from the fact that you are not afraid to try out new tools.

Empathy and communication skills are among your strengths.
You are open-minded and curious.
In the best case, you have already gained initial experience in the areas of service design, user research or product development.
