Your tasks:
- You advise the teams offering services on the order portal, end-to-end along the order-to-cash process, starting from the receipt of a customer order through to the settlement of the outstanding claim
- You analyze, model and coordinate the introduction of smooth processes for service provision
- You support and enable service-providing teams in the context of the placement and implementation of your services towards a functioning orderability, availability and billing
- With your analytical skills you will examine the existing performance processes and thus gain important insights into potential for improvement
- You always have an open ear for customer inquiries and suggestions and answer them competently and solution-oriented
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed your studies or your training in business informatics or you have a comparable training with corresponding professional experience
- You have a good understanding of processes and methods in the design, business and IT environment
- Perfect if you have already gained experience in marketing and / or shop systems
- You will be able to understand and analyze the technical requirements of our customers in order to develop solutions
- You have already been able to apply agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban in practice and you really enjoy it
- Last but not least, you are an absolute team player, have good communication skills and bring a high level of curiosity and willingness to learn
