Service Designer (f/m/d)

Support in the conception, implementation and evaluation of the accompanying research for projects
Conducting specific ethnographic customer research
Primary research in the project as well as the development of supporting tools and creation of research materials to collect the data
Conception and design of digital products and services as well as analysis and development of usage scenarios in storyboards, use cases and user stories
Research of relevant scientific literature, current trends, e.g. on social media and benchmarks
Co-creative development of conceptual approaches in interdisciplinary teams, eg in workshops

Completed studies (service design, psychology, human factors) or comparable with a focus on interaction or UX design
Experience in the planning, support and implementation of digital products or services
Proven expertise in service design, user experience design and interaction design
Very good analytical and conceptual skills combined with a high degree of solution orientation
Enthusiasm for digitization and relevant future technologies as well as for user-oriented design of digital products and services
