Your tasks
As a service designer in the Expert Services division, you record the service requirements from the customer segments for the product business, including the product-related services. This includes the entire offer process.Your tasks in detail:

• Support of the areas of sales and service management in presales or in preparation for an opportunity by introducing, presenting and explaining the Computacenter services to the customer
• Detailed analysis of customer requirements, e.g. on the basis of an RfQ, RfI or RfP tender document
• Development and coordination of an efficient one and innovative service designs based on a comprehensive end-to-end solution according to customer requirements
• Integration of all internal departments involved including all necessary cost inquiries •
Planning and control of workshops
• Evaluation of the risks and opportunities in the respective solution design including necessary (counter) measures to limit the risks (risk mitigation)
• Documentation of the overall solution in the specified solution design template
• Creation of offer texts and implementation of offer presentations
• Participation in innovation
projects • Close coordination with the transition and business take on manager as well as document preparation and handover after winning a tender

Your profile
• University degree (with a degree in business informatics, business administration or related fields) or comparable vocational training
• At least 4 years of professional experience with proven experience in product tenders or 2 years as a service design associate
• Well-founded methodical competence as well as in-depth process engineering understanding of the relevant technologies and services in the product business
• First experiences with international tenders
• Project management skills
• Ability to translate complex relationships into a meaningful offer
• Experience in the implementation of customer-specific strategies and needs in a solution design
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Willingness to travel
