In Munich we are looking for a Service Designer (f/m/x)

The ideal candidate is a creative team player, talented wordsmith, and grammar sleuth. You will be responsible for developing marketing and communications content that will separate us from the crowd.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Design Team, you are responsible for iteratively developing and validating digital products, services and processes from a customer or user perspective.
  • You drive the conception and design of the overall user experience of digital products and services in the context of mobility.
  • You are the first point of contact for experience design methods and know which tools and methods are necessary in the next step.
  • You carry out analyses of customer needs, trends, innovations, technologies and competitors and derive strategic recommendations for action.
  • In close cooperation with our researchers, you design and coordinate studies and customer surveys and evaluate them on demand.
  • You work in an interdisciplinary team with car designers, brand strategists, brand experience design, researchers, project managers, software developers, product owners and designers.
  • You develop and present CX strategies, concepts, customer journeys and service blueprints on behalf of design.
  • In close coordination with our designers, you will develop the UX & UI strategy for (digital) products and services, be responsible for a cost/benefit assessment of individual features and support implementation during development.
  • You take responsibility for the progress of a (part) project.
  • You plan and lead workshops with stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in service design, user experience design, product design or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of service design or digital product and innovation development with end-to-end responsibility
  • Extensive knowledge of design and innovation management
  • Entrepreneurial and product-strategic thinking paired with an analytical and solution-oriented way of working
  • Deep understanding of processes and methods in the design, business & IT environment
  • Pronounced knowledge in the field of prototyping at different stages of development
  • Confident use of visualization tools and strong presentation skills
  • Business fluent German and English skills as well as communicative and diplomatic demeanour
