Your mission

You design the entire innovation process for digital products and services (e-commerce products, platforms, ecosystems). You are responsible for user-centered thinking and ensuring a positive experience in every interaction throughout the project cycle.
You derive new options for action for business models, develop the design, are involved in agile development and then test prototypes.
You are responsible for the strategic product conception and develop ideas and approaches in co-creation with a highly motivated, cross-functional team.
You will develop design concepts, create research designs for prototype validation and carry out user tests.
You will analyze user needs, create personas and create customer journeys and value propositions.
You advise our customers on innovative solutions and give recommendations for further product development and optimization.
You are responsible for your ideas and present your ideas and results to customers.

You bring that with you

a degree with a focus on business administration, psychology, product design / service design / design thinking or a comparable qualification
several years of experience in the development and implementation of digital product innovations
Experience with service design methods and design thinking methods – Follow the user & you exemplify user-centeredness in every moment
Experience in performing market and competition analyzes
Knowledge of the development and evaluation of customer-related KPIs in the field of digital products
Enthusiasm for agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
Feel for innovative technologies and trends
good to very good knowledge of German and English
Traveling
