Service Designer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• In this position you will coordinate the user-centric conception of products and service portfolios for central BARMER target groups.
• In this context, you inspire with innovative product strategies and draw on a wide range of design methods, use them as required and adapt the methods to the needs of the project.
• Throughout the entire product development phase, you will be responsible for conducting competitive observations and research projects.
• Based on this, you develop target group-specific customer journeys, service blueprints and create convincing customer experiences. You set standards in prototyping and develop implementation concepts for products and services.
• In all these tasks you will work with a multidisciplinary team in an agile and innovative environment.

your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in product design, communication design or a comparable qualification.
• You also have many years of professional experience, for example in the field of digital transformation, start-ups or in comparable digital units.
• Accordingly, you also have in-depth experience in the user-centric development of products with a focus on service design or user experience design and convince with your broad portfolio.
• In your work, you act in an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented manner and use your expertise to confidently initiate necessary changes.
• In addition, you are experienced in stakeholder management and can convincingly represent your approach and product innovations in the company.
• A strong team orientation, didactic skills and communication skills round off your profile.
