Service Designer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• In this role, you will be responsible for and coordinate the development of customer-oriented digital products and services.
• In addition, you will inspire with innovative product strategies and access a wide range of design methods, apply them as required and adapt the methods to the needs of the project.
• You plan the conception and implementation of research projects using suitable research methods (such as interviews, focus groups, UX testing, surveys, competition monitoring) over the entire product development process.
• In prototyping you set standards and develop implementation concepts for transfer to IT.
• You coach and transfer the service design know-how to other organizational units.
• You will work with a multidisciplinary team in an agile and innovative environment.

your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree, ideally in the field of human factors, design thinking, product design or communication science, or you have a comparable qualification.
• You bring solid experience in the development of digital products with a focus on service design, design thinking or user experience design and convince with your broad portfolio.
• You have many years of professional experience in the field of digital transformation, digital product development in agencies or start-ups.
• You have a high level of team orientation, didactic skills and strong communication skills.
• You are also experienced in stakeholder management and can convincingly represent product innovations in the company.
