As a Service Designer / UX-Researcher (all genders) at Caspar Health you will be part of the Product Design Team and will support other designers and stakeholders with qualitative and quantitative research methods, both for generative and evaluative purposes.
With your input and ideas, you will facilitate the continuous co-creation and improvement of the services around the Caspar App.

Your challenges

  • Plan and conduct generative and evaluative user research to understand the clinic context and the integration of Caspar Service – what our users’ needs are, how they use the product – using methods such as ethnographic studies, expert interviews, User Tests, Surveys.
  • Continuously map, monitor and actively communicate the status quo big picture and intricate details of the Caspar Services in close collaboration with UX Designers, Data, Medical Experts and Product Owners
  • You will be an interface between Product and different Caspar internal departments (such as Marketing, Healthcare Professionals, Customer Success Team, Legal), as well as external stakeholders, especially in the Medical/ Clinical Domains. You will need to understand and share their different requirements.
  • You will facilitate the collaborative design of consistent services for the optimal integration of Caspar across touchpoints outside the product with clinics and healthcare professionals
  • Be an advocate for Service Design and User Research within the company

your profile

  • You have 3+ years experience in fields of Service Design and UX-Research in a digital agency or an agile product environment
  • Ideally, you have experience working in digital health, the healthcare system or the medical context, or are very interested in understanding its intricacies
  • You have proficient knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, generative and evaluative, and an interest to continuously evolve with new methods
  • Creativity & Passion in conceptualizing services is part of your DNA
  • You have demonstrated experience in different visualization methods to map and share findings in a compelling manner – such as user journeys, service blueprints, stakeholder maps, video recordings, etc.
  • You have practice in understanding requirements and restrictions from technical, organizational, business, legal and other perspectives
  • You live a self-organized and collaborative work style
  • You are willing to iterate: fail, learn and try again
  • You ideally have a Bachelor or Masters degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Ethnography, Service Design or a sector related to Healthcare
  • You speak fluent German and English
