UX/Service Designer

Improvement of existing user journeys and development of new user journeys, for our growing insurance portfolio and our increasing European presence
Consolidation of insights, trends and UX metrics to enable the development of consistent and working experience and service concepts within complex multi-actor ecosystems
Customer-centric storytelling for stakeholders that inspires change and innovation across departments
Application of design thinking and tailor-made customer-centric methods in interdisciplinary project teams
Planning, preparation and implementation of qualitative and quantitative user research
Collaboration in the design team and related activities in the conception and development of interaction design and the development of interactive prototypes
Enjoy coaching and sharing knowledge with your teammates

A master’s degree in service design or a design-related degree, user-centric design, design management, or an equivalent combination of a bachelor’s degree and experience
Several years of professional experience in service design and/or CX management
Experience in a product-oriented/agile work environment
Insights expert with in-depth knowledge of desk research (e.g. trend analysis, competitive landscape), qualitative and quantitative customer research (e.g. user validation, customer satisfaction and success measurement)
Method expert in the end-to-end analysis of the customer journey, the mapping of service systems and user/data flows.
Ability to facilitate and moderate design thinking formats, customer-centric workshops and design sprints
Fluent in English and German
