Senior Service Designer

As a member of the Service Design team, you will participate in the development of design standards that will be used to develop all digital government services, as well as in the end-to-end design of our own and our clients’ services, thereby influencing the user experience of tens of thousands of cases and helping millions of people use critical services on both mobile and web platforms.

As a Service Designer, you will be responsible for developing design-focused standards, providing education on these, and supporting projects for critical services. We are looking for you if you have completed several large-scale projects as a lead designer and have at least 8 years of design experience.

Your tasks will be:

• You create and manage design standards and methodological guides
• With your professional knowledge, you actively support the end-to-end development of services in key projects
• You participate in research that establishes the basis for the development of life event-based service provision and in the design of life event-based services
• If you involve an external supplier, you evaluate the subcontractor’s work in the design area

What we are looking for:

• 8+ years of design (UI/UX, Product, Service or Interaction) experience
• Portfolio or relevant case study that supports your experience in end-to-end service design and its impact
• Experience in designing across multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android, etc.)
• Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and design best practices.
