Service Designer

For this, we are looking for service designers ( mid-level and senior) who, working on a life event, will help rethink public administration services.

For us, methodology is not just a buzzword.

We do interviews, journey maps and blueprints. But we don’t stop there: we are currently running a diary study, planning our first World Café event and going on guerrilla interviews. Most recently, we did card sorting with people waiting at the Government Windows. We believe that innovative solutions require stepping out of the methodological comfort zone.

If you like to delve deep into systems, but at the same time think in tangible, people-centered solutions, this is the place for you.

What you will do with us

• You work as part of a multidisciplinary team on a specific life event (I’m having a child, I want to start a business, I’m buying an apartment, I lost my job).
• You participate in research, concept development, workshops and stakeholder consultations.
• You design new services based on user needs – blueprint, journey map, prototype.
• You communicate complex processes visually and clearly.
• You approach life situations with empathy and sensitivity – whether it’s loss, caregiving, or poverty.

We are looking for you if

• You are interested in human-centered design and would like to work on projects with real social impact.
• You already have experience in end-to-end service design.
• You are open to learning, collaboration, and methodological development.
• You like working in a team and don’t shy away from complex problems.
