Service Designer and Transformation Manager

What will your task be?

• You create Customer Journeys  and Blueprints with the involvement of other departments for the main banking products and streams (e.g. daily banking, savings, investments, etc.), in accordance with the bank’s strategy.
• You conduct customer research either by yourself as a “guerrilla researcher”, directly with clients, or even in cooperation with the team’s researchers with agency involvement. It is important to us that the customer’s voice reaches the business areas as precisely as possible, and we adapt our research methods to this.
• You collaborate with partner areas in order to develop new products and processes .
• You prepare, organize, and conduct workshops  so that we can formulate customer-centric and commercially profitable offers.
• You prepare an implementation plan for the proposals made during the research and workshops , and you can actually implement them with your fellow classes, so your work will have a real tangible impact.
• You help and lead the transformation and simplification of banking processes, focusing on value creation , increasing business results and reducing costs.
• You participate in screening processes, uncovering problems, and preparing action plans and proposals.
• You will also represent the department to foreign stakeholders  , you will participate in foreign workshops and bootcamps either at our parent company in Vienna or at the other subsidiary banks.
• With all of this, you ensure that customer-oriented processes serve a consistent customer experience at all touchpoints, on all channels.
