Senior Service Designer

Design and (further) development of existing and new services on a data base, tailored to user needs and customer life, creating the highest possible customer experience;

Research, exploration and synthesis of user needs and problems with quantitative and qualitative methodologies (preparation of customer interviews, questionnaires, analyzes , summaries) ;

Conceptualization , understanding of current business processes, structure of future operations;

Wireframes, low-fidelity wireframes, prototyping, validation of completed designs with users and internal stakeholders, continuous iteration;

Participation in UX / UI design ;

Documenting and consulting business developers and developing detailed functional specifications with developers;

Close collaboration with colleagues (designers, developers, marketing and customer service);

Track the entire lifecycle of services , from idea, design, development, and market introduction to user interactions;

Participation in the development and elaboration of design processes and methodologies;

Shared breakfast with your colleagues on Wednesdays.

You have extensive experience in service design and / or digital service / product management;

You worked for several years for a company that developed web solutions;

Has financial / economic knowledge and experience;

You are familiar and at home in the field of fintech innovations;

At the heart of your heart is developing and perfecting your own product and what to do around it;

You think customer-centric, sensitive to customer needs, but don’t lose sight of the strategy;

It is characterized by an analytical mindset, a strategic and systems approach;

You think innovatively and creatively, you see solutions and challenges instead of problems;
