Service Designer

At OTP Bank, our goal is to provide a wide range of digital and non-digital banking services to our customers. We want our services to provide an outstanding customer experience in Europe as well. We design customer-centric services and products that provide value to both the business and our customers and colleagues. To support these, we are looking for a staff member to work as a Service Design expert.

You are the ideal candidate if:

• you have a degree and at least 2-3 years of Service / UX designer experience
• if you understand both business and developer aspects when representing users
• do you like to make things better and solve problems:
  • you have experience in concept creation, design, prototyping and testing of digital interfaces
  • I would also be interested in non-digital concept design
• characterized by a structured, complex way of thinking
• you can coordinate tasks / projects – even from the idea to the implementation of the plans
• you have already conducted workshops, even in English
• you can argue for your work, your users, and your solution – even on your own
• you are empathetic, open and have good communication skills
• you even work on your own, but if you have to, ask
• You speak english very well

Advantage if:

• you have already worked according to an agile/lean methodology
• you have service/product owner experience

What will be your job?

You need to represent the user experience and interests in cooperation with business areas, UX / SD agencies, developers, and project managers (PM) / product owners (PO).

Specifically:

• participation, sometimes management (holding a workshop, facilitation) already in the concept creation, be it interfaces, processes, products
• customer trip planning
• primarily designing concepts, processes, and occasional interfaces/wireframes in close collaboration with researchers, related business areas, and the agency
• participation in banking projects, representing a user-centric approach, channeling user needs
• liaising with business areas, developers, and agencies
• participation in user interviews and tests – together with researchers
