Service Designer

You obviously know what a Service Designer does, no need to tell you in detail. At Beyond, you will have the opportunity to utilize the entirety of your skillset in an iterative, agile environment. From research and validation to service definition and design, you will be able to form the ways we shape our digital products and services. You will have access to excellent professionals in design, software and product development, and data science.

Desired qualifications and experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in service design or a related role

• A portfolio of case studies that you can share and would love to talk us through

• A university degree in a relevant field (eg. social sciences, human-centered design)

• Experience designing digital products or services with the latest technologies

• Strong team player who collaborates well with others and solves problems autonomously

• Motivation to improve products by self-driven exploration and research

• Experience completing your work in line with a fusion of user and business needs

• Experience with Miro and other industry-standard tools in design and research

• Proficiency in English

Set yourself apart with

• Being familiar with digital product development technologies

• Knowledge or experience with data science, especially AI

• Experience working with and managing senior business stakeholders
