Service Designer

• You are passionate about thoroughly understanding user needs and consider customer feedback to be key to your design process.
• You have experience in service design and are able to effectively apply design thinking methodologies
• Are you able to plan strategically and align long-term goals with user needs?
• Able to create a unified design across systems by taking an E2E approach into account
• Following the principles of inclusive design, you design solutions that are easily accessible and easy to use for all users.
• You can collaborate effectively with business, design and development teams
• You are proactive, not afraid to ask questions and share your opinions
• Are you open to new challenges and continuous learning?
• You know and like to work in a team, but you can also stand your ground independently
• You communicate and present well in English
• Do you have a higher education?
• You use Figma, Miro at a skill level

It is an advantage if…

• You are familiar with agile and iterative working methods
• You are familiar with accessibility practices and guidelines and are able to apply them to design projects
