Innovation Program Manager / Service Designer

Mission:

We are hiring a designer who is proficient in Design thinking and Service design

methodologies.

Main Activities:

• Support our lead facilitator in designing content for co-design processes that move from ideation to alignment to project execution.

• Support in facilitation for workshops for corporate clients.

• Support in events & internal workshops.

• Identify and recruit the best external expertise to associate them with the projects

• Work with the graphic designer to create content for posters, flyers and presentations.

Required Profile:

➢ Education: Diploma/degree in design thinking/innovation from a design school.

➢ Experience: Experience (2-3 years) in trainingin design thinking.

➢ Skills:

• You understand Design Thinking methodology, Service design tools and philosophies. You have attended design school/ university and undertaken projects using Service Design or Design Thinking.

• Knowledge in Business Model Generation, Value Proposition Design, Design Thinking and Lean Startup

• You have an appetite for training and transmission: you want to develop your skills and transmit them. Having facilitated design thinking workshops is a plus.

• You are comfortable in Public speaking and addressing groups with confidence.

• You are comfortable with uncertainty and continually challenge your practices to improve them

• You are strongly motivated by the impact of your actions on humans and organizations and you are motivated by the creation of methodologies that maximize this impact

➢ Language: You have excellent oral and editorial fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
