Service Designer

We are looking for a profile with design background, sensitive to user-centered design methodologies such as Design Thinking, User Research and/or UX design in order to design and deliver innovation programs for a large aerospace client at LINK.

In direct collaboration with the Innovation Director, you will :

• Design and implement user research mapped to project scope, analysis research and synthesis into insights
• Convert insights into user journey and then mockups from a UI/UX perspective
• Develop Wireframe, mock-ups and personas
• Visualise and design collaterals for design projects like reports, brochures, and other related communication material
• Produce content in relation to our expertise, projects and vision

YOUR PROFILE

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a designer
• Past experience in the innovation space (Accelerators, innovation hub/consultancy, design agency) in a bonus
• Master of user-centered design methodologies at every step of the service design process and are able to be proactive and bring new insights on each of them.
• Understand technological trends and challenges: you are at least curious to know more about this field.
• Be a master of Design software and comfortable with PPT / Keynote…
