Service Designer

Looking for a Design Researcher / Service Design Consultant for an international FMCG brand with 6-8 years of experience in handling Design Research Projects for clients.

Role : The consulting or freelance opportunity for 3-4 months.

Skill sets , Knowledge & Role :

• Must have an In depth understanding of design research (user), design thinking methodology and service design approach in projects.
• Strong background in user research and insights mapping
• Carry out research methods on ground to identify value parameters for the customer base & validate offerings / propositions.
• An understanding of the co-creation / co-design process with the customers.
• Forming questionnaires, Conducting user interviews (physical / virtual) with the Link team.
• Analyzing & Synthesizing research & identifying the key insights to be used in the design process.
• Formulating a design brief to build a value proposition.
• Experience in building strategy through design led approach & co-design with potential target audience.

Role Includes :

• To work closely as a partner with the Head of Innovation at Link.
• To coordinate with the Program Head at Link for research deliverables & execution of the project.
• To execute & coordinate the research with the potential target customers.
