Service Designer

We want to build the right service for the right target, so we need a teammate with an agile mindset, service design competencies and a strong focus on results to do it.

What will you do?

• Service Prototype
• Co-creation of service with end-users
• Definition of Customer Journey and Blueprint
• Quantitative and qualitative research
• Online and offline workshops

More:

• help define geographical areas to test the service
• onboard local shopkeepers and delivery providers
• manage early adopters requests and orders via WhatsApp
• collect feedback, both from customers and shopkeepers

Requirements

• Design Thinking
• Entrepreneurial approach
• Being able to speak Marathi
• Resident in Pune
• Hybrid work mode (Smart working but ready for on-ground activities)
