Service Designer

Role Description

We are seeking a Service Designer to join our team in Hyderabad for a full-time, on-site role. The Service Designer will be responsible for designing and improving end-to-end service experiences, conducting user research, utilizing design thinking methodologies, and developing prototypes to refine solutions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and facilitating workshops to gather insights and drive customer-centric strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business and technical requirements from Management and Sales teams.
• Translate requirements into end-to-end service experiences, defining user flows and service touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to design and deliver effective solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to understand user needs.
• Create user personas, customer journey maps, and service blueprints.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
• Continuously improve and iterate designs based on feedback and user insights.
• Stay updated with service design and UX industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in Service Design, UX/UI Design, or Product Design or freshers with Intern also can apply.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
