We would like you to be… 

• A skilled professional with well-versed experience working with service design.
• A designer with significant experience in the field of service design across different sectors, from discovery to implementation of new services
• A visual thinker that translates complex information into models, systems, and illustrations
• A skilled  professional designer with design research and qualitative research projects
• Professional in use of qualitative techniques: interviews, focus groups, user diaries, cultural probes, co-creation, shadowing, etc.
• A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive – and the guts – to bring them to life.
• Confident in navigating uncertainties and working with multidisciplinary teams of designers, researchers, and technologists.
• Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together.
• Fluent in English and – other languages are a bonus!
