• Scope, plan and lead multidisciplinary design projects with a global team of designers and provide strategic consultancy to clients.
• Ensure we turn user insights and identified opportunities into differentiating service experiences, taking both the user and business perspective into consideration.
• Interact with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure that our service design solutions are delivered with top-notch quality.
• Create real business transformation?for our clients and play a key role in implementing new services, processes, and offerings.?
• Be a part the service design practice in our studio and connect with our global community of service designers to make sure we evolve our practice.

We would like you to be…

• A skilled professional with well-versed experience working with service design.
• A designer with significant experience in the field of service design across different sectors, from discovery to implementation of new services
• A visual thinker that translates complex information into models, systems, and illustrations
• A skilled professional designer with design research and qualitative research projects
• Professional in use of qualitative techniques: interviews, focus groups, user diaries, cultural probes, co-creation, shadowing, etc.
• A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive ? and the guts ? to bring them to life.
• Confident in navigating uncertainties and working with multidisciplinary teams of designers, researchers, and technologists.
• Someone with a??here?to help? attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we?re better together.
• Fluent in English ? other languages are a bonus!
