Service Designer

Bukalapak is hiring for a Service Outreach Designer to be part of the Customer Service Management tribe.

Job description:

• Building strong visual communication
• Develop new and innovative concepts for design content
• Participate in creative ideation and create collaterals
• Managing day to day design projects and productions of any creative products i.e. social media content, merchandise, newsletter.
• Manage multiple projects and provide quality control over concepts and projects that are aligned with brand guidelines.Working together with Bukalapak Design Tribe to build strong visual communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 of work years experience in related field
• Solid experience in creative design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc
• Perfect understanding of latest digital trend, and ability to understand consumer behavior and expectations
