Service Designer

If you are a dedicated contract professional in the service design or user experience industry then we want to hear from you. It could also suit a BA or PM with a strong interest in the area.

The position is a mixture of remote and in office (Dublin). The day rate is dependent on experience. If this sounds like you please read on and get in touch.

Your experience:

Relevant experience in service design or related role such as user experience design or design research

Passionate about service design creating human-centred services.

Knowledge of existing and emerging service design tools and methods.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Experience in running online and offline workshops.

Accustomed to working collaboratively with clients and cross-functional team members.

Experience creating:

stakeholder maps

empathy maps

Interview scripts

workshop boards and activities

service blueprints

customer journey maps

Set yourself apart:

Experience producing user experience design deliverables such as screen flows, wireframes and prototypes.

Experience quantitative research methodologies and draw insights from data.

Ability to communicate with stakeholders about design methodologies and artefacts.
