Service Designer

The Mater Private is digitally reinventing its patient, GP and consultant journey and engagement. As a Service Designer you will contribute to designing and constantly evolving services that will positively impact patients, GPs and Consultants and bring value and delight to their daily interactions with the Mater Private.

Requirements for the above post:

A minimum of 5 years’ commercial experience in a business analyst or service designer role for a CRM platform implementation such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 with strong expertise in the following:

• Design thinking techniques
• User Research and Personas
• Customer Journey Mapping and Design
• User Experience design
• Data analysis and design for driving data insights and user experience
• Conducting Design Sprints and co-creating experiences with business users
• Service Blueprinting / Process Design
• Certified in Design Thinking or Human Centred Design Techniques
• 3rd level degree in an IT related discipline
• 5 years Dynamics CRM experience
• Dynamics 365 experience is essential
• Exposure to MS Power Apps & Flow
• Ability to work effectively with business and IT stakeholder and experience of working to tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and strong leadership skills
